Servant
Shepherd Ministries was founded by Rich Rardin in 1998 to help churches
and missions agencies strengthen the practice of biblical leadership
among pastoral, staff and lay leaders. As an outgrowth of leadership
training at Walnut Hill Community Church in Bethel, CT., Servant
Shepherd Ministries is devoted to a thoroughly scriptural basis
for leadership of God’s people. We offer a number of services to
churches, denominational groups, and parachurch organizations, including
the only validated leadership questionnaire that provides leaders
with feedback on the extent to which they practice biblical principles
of leading. Servant Shepherd Ministries also promotes biblical leadership
through training seminars, conference speaking, and one on one leadership
coaching.
Servant Shepherd
Ministries is a division of BenchStrength Development, LLC, a firm
dedicated to helping business and nonprofits grow tomorrow's leaders
today. Through one on one coaching, we take leaders through a step
by step process of creating their own leadership philosophy. Once
in place, the leader has a lifetime philosophy to guide their day
to day decisions and interactions, even if their current job assignment
changes. And through hands on assistance, we help organizations
determine how to develop their rising generation of leaders.
